Kyushakusama (Nine Feet Tall)
A terrible instance of racist vandalism upon a simple buddhist temple, a place of peace, occurs in the shadow of the Red River Gorge. Those shadows quickly begin to writhe and seethe forth with an agonized malicious intent upon the unsuspecting. Hatred begets pain in more ways than one for the quiet town of Slade, Kentucky as a tall shadow casts upon the region. It has a voice: “Po, po, po.”
