So yeah, I guess we should introduce everybody for the last time. Starting on my right. I like how you had to think about what side of us. I do. It's an old meme.

Truck Stop Wizard, but it was like this, not the specialist, but the... You were the... The expert. I'm the expert, as you can tell. Definitely not a professional. Yeah. But yeah. I'm glad to be here. I'm glad to have this experience. Yeah.

[00:01:48] Hi, it's Joe. I was playing Giovanni Johnny Nervetti. And he was the professional. Yes. I am also the professional. This is Jeremy. I was playing Gio Osborne, the monstrous. Definitely not a professional. Definitely a werewolf. And living, hopefully happily ever after with a werewolf in the middle of Canada somewhere. You mean a dragon. Yeah. That too.

Uh, who started out shooting all of the Selkies. Uh, and then later started to realize maybe they weren't really Selkies the whole time. They were just people the church needed to be removed. Excommunicated. Yes. Expunged. You are now excommunicado. With extreme prejudice.

[00:03:19] Yes. That brings you to me. Hello, adventurer. Um, I would be ZBrownie, but we're not using Discord, so I'm just Brownie. Um, and I played Marvin that swamps. Uh, he was, I believe, the Flake. Um, crazy old wet worker guy. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Yeah, so we're back at Gen Con. This is Gen Con 2026. We started this campaign. Uh, the session zero of this campaign at Gen Con 2024.

[00:03:45] We then had 18 sessions and two years to get this campaign finished. My God. We just, we just have perfect timing is what it is. Yeah. We just wanted to do this so bad at Gen Con that we held out for two years. Yeah. Yeah. Because Chris didn't show up last year. Yeah. We were holding out for a hero. Yeah. And also, if you notice, there's no Lamentations of the Flame Princess this year. Thank God. Yeah. We've actually managed to procure a quiet room. Currently.

[00:04:15] It might have been for now. The doors are locked. We've also managed to acquire quite a, uh, large percentage of fatigue. Yes. Oh, I thought you meant Indian buffet. That's it. Yeah. Yeah. We're, this is our second attempt to do this. Food-based fatigue. Um, we're slightly less tired than the last attempt. Yeah. A little bit. So, um, how do we want to get this kicked off? Do we want to do like an intro for like this, like how the session went down, how the sessions

[00:04:45] went on, or do one of the questions or topics we have? Well, considering how tired all of us are, the person with the notes should give us a primer. Oh, right. Yeah. Tell us what happened and we'll talk about it. Last time on. I have feelings but no thoughts. Yes. Um, yeah. So, starting with session zero, the curse. Um, it was two years after Operation Sunset, which was set in Sporks, Washington. Uh, that was the events of the mini campaign we ran, uh, Chuck's Angels, uh, which was

[00:05:15] done in Knights of Black Agents. Uh, Chuck Eagle, who underwent a name change, so now it's Chuck Forks, um, had sent, uh, sent out a desperate call to his old brothers in arms to rescue Nella again. This time, it seems, from herself. She had transformed into some kind of horrible monster while Chuck had barricaded her in their new home. Things only were getting worse.

[00:05:42] So, uh, yeah, it was a dreadful turn of events. Um, Chuck struggled to conceal his daughter and, uh, go unnoticed while you guys were arriving, uh, which also unfortunately brought the attention of a team of 20-something found footage protagonists. Woohoo! Found footage protagonists. One protagonist, other fodder. Yeah, yeah. One found footage protagonist and a team of, uh, red shirts. Yeah.

[00:06:10] My notes literally have, yeah, things are gonna get, gonna be a clusterfork. But, uh, that's when the title screen starts playing. Uh, yeah, so that was basically the, the opening to the curse. You guys all arrived to try and figure out what was going on with Nella. Um, uh, Juliet and, uh, her, her posse were, uh, arrived on scene as well. Her posse was then summarily intimidated away, leaving Juliet. Not realizing that was kind of the conceit of the character to have a posse and then we

[00:06:40] sent them away immediately. It's okay, we'll talk about that later. Yeah, okay, okay. You morons! I told you to leave! I am a jackass, I agree. Well, to be fair, if they were really a good posse, do you think that they would've been intimidated by- It just circled back. Yeah, yeah. Uh, yeah, once you guys, um, were able to placate, uh, Nella, or like, I think through a binding ritual. Yeah. For some kind.

[00:07:04] Um, you guys found, uh, her old diary, which basically explained the plot of the campaign, which is, she had been fucking over a bunch of monstrous exes. Um, and there was a sort of, uh, mastermind or somebody like kind of talking in her ear, a demon named Vex. Um, and you guys went and talked to him and he gave you kind of some more extra information about where to find these other guys, if you wanted to break the curse and such.

[00:07:31] Uh, and then, uh, yeah, that basically opened up into the Grindr campaign. So, uh, we then go into session one, the host, part one. Uh, actually I guess I'll just do like the, the, the, not, session one, two, and three. Uh, which covered the host, uh, i.e. your adventures in Hintail and the alien symbi- uh, the alien symbiates that were disguising themselves as hats. Yeah.

[00:08:00] And also, if this is your first time listeners, what the fuck are you doing? Uh, you should start at the beginning. Please go back. Go back to the session one. Yeah. And this is a prequel to Chuck's Angels, which was a sequel. A sequel. Excuse me, not prequel. And a professional. This was our way of coping with three of us having to read the Twilight novels. Yeah.

[00:08:24] So this is my, this was my cathartic idea after we read and reviewed, um, New Moon. What's the second one? I, I, I can't remember, but we then decided to bring that suffering onto our friends. I'm sorry. Yeah. And, uh, I think the first thing I just want to mention is I really liked, uh, in that opening session, of course, it's been a while, but that made a deal with Juliet for 15 years of Juliet's life.

[00:08:54] And it turned out what, what, yeah, yeah. I think it was 13 years. I, I, I do think it was 13. Yeah. Initially thought that it was going to come off the back end. Cause like, that's how demon deals work. Right. Yeah. And immediately ripped out of her twenties knees fucking hurt. Just like they do now. Uh, yeah, it's, it's, it's been two years since we started this, this game. And I, I can definitely say that, uh, two years older, I understand Juliet's initial

[00:09:24] weariness of, of suddenly gaining 13 years. I'm not speed running it quite that fast, but we have set slots. Yeah. Um, yeah. So in the host element or the host scenario or venture, uh, yeah, you guys had to, uh, look at, find Hannah Strider, who was the, the ex of that, or that, right. Yeah. Yeah. Um, and it turned out that the entire town of Hintail basically was under the control

[00:09:50] of, uh, parasitic or symbiotic, uh, alien jellies that were camouflaging his hats. Mm-hmm. So really they were all her ex. Yeah. Mm-hmm. Also there's some, there was a, there was a quest, there was an information giver in there somewhere that I decided, uh, that I decided to die before the session even started. Yeah. When, uh, when David, uh, as Seagull, um, used one, just one of your moves, I think. Yeah.

[00:10:19] So one of my moves, uh, was that I can roll and find out information from the organization. Um, and the dice came up with a pair of wands. And so instead of giving me information, they gave me a job to do. Yep. Uh, and so yeah, you, yeah, you took out one of the, uh, information, uh, givers, but, uh, it all worked out. You know, you guys did some-

[00:10:49] Figured it out. Yeah, you guys figured out, solved the problem or figured out what was going on. You then, uh, had a, a close encounter in a hardware store as you were acquiring things with a, uh, with a, uh, a hat parasite. Um, and then you guys got a, a plane and, uh, herbicide of the, uh, the surface level of the town. Yeah, yeah. That was, uh, straight up for Joe on that one. Yeah. Cause Hannah wouldn't give you guys the coin, the first coin that was in- Right. Like, listen, just give us the coin and we'll bounce. No, we're not gonna do that. But she had, you know, numbers. Yeah. She was wrong.

[00:11:18] Yeah. She had numbers of civilians. Yes. Oh. They don't count. Three words. Target rich environment. Yeah. We do. We won't kill all these people. Yes, we will. The American way. The American way. The problem is- In Canada. Yeah. The only thing we're gonna be hurting is the alien jelly. Yeah. The people are fine. Yeah. Yeah. It's a mild toxicity. It's fine. Yeah.

[00:11:43] It's a bit of mild toxicity and if we had to just cop around every single hat off of every single head, we proved that we were willing to do that too. Mm-hmm. And it was just like, you're not gonna shoot all of us. Pfft. You're not gonna shoot another pfft. Pfft. Please stop shooting us. Please stop shooting us. How many times am I gonna have to do this before you figure it out? Yeah. I also found out that, yeah, I think some of you guys also discovered that the families

[00:12:09] were under the thrall of the young, so taking the dead and turning them into fertilizer. Yes. Yes. They never killed anybody. Like- That part I was less worried about. Yeah. I was like, yeah, you know. If you're- If- When you kill a lot of people, you get real less precious about corpses. Yeah. So you're like, eh, okay, they're making corpses in the fertilizer, that's fine. Yeah. They're sufficiently hiding their corpses. Yeah. I mean, this was episode one, but it was also episode one that we disappointed horror

[00:12:39] review cultists by avoiding a huge piece of the plot immediately. Hmm. What was that? We decided to light the gazebo on fire and never went to your underworld? Yeah, there's a whole like- Yeah, there's a whole underground hive and like- Yeah, we're like, nah, we're not doing that. We ain't got time for that. I was gonna bring in like an ancient monster thing from like a- from a- from a Dawn of the Orcs game I ran. The tomato orcs. We're gonna be under there like basically- Oh shit. The jellies have been like basically corralling, but you guys just like, no, we're just gonna close that off for now. Yeah.

[00:13:08] That's somebody else's problem. Yeah. Yeah. That's another point we're getting out. Yeah, we're just here for a coin, man. Yeah. This also started the introduction of Mabel Moose County, my lovecraft country of northern Ontario- Central Ontario. So, I got to throw in a bunch of like things that we- me and Adam actually like brainstormed on a session of plot growers. So- I appreciated and I know more about Stephanie Myers than I should probably publicly admit.

[00:13:36] I enjoyed that you stuck with the whole, I don't wanna say literature, but our story of the whole show again. What is a- Technically called literature. No the fuck it ain't. Those words on a page. You did horror pretty good, obviously, but I'd like the- you did a little bit of body snatchers on top of the premise of it. To the fact that we didn't wanna go down into that damn hole. Don't go down that hole.

[00:14:06] Well, that was- You're not going up there, are you? Sometimes that is better. I think I will say that throughout the whole game, we were pretty good at engaging in the plot while also managing to be avoidant of the most serious outcomes. We're like, alright, we're gonna be stupid enough to do what we have to do, but not that stupid. Yeah. Yeah. Well, it's almost as if you guys were all like, you know, veteran- Well, most of you were all veteran web workers. Yeah. Thanks, guys!

[00:14:34] Now you are too! Oh my god! Well, to be fair, I still love the- One of the conceits of it, which is- Siegel saying, okay, that is a monster, this is how we fight a monster. Marvin going, yes, and I've got a grenade launcher for that too. Yep. And Johnny just kind of going, fuck it, apples. It's apples again. It's apples all the way down. Sometimes it was a stick of dynamite. Yeah, sometimes it was a rocket launcher. I need a distraction.

[00:15:04] Sounds like dynamite to me. Yeah. So how did we finish that X off? Because I don't think we- No, you- She basically gave up her coin after she realized we rolled her truck- And we just take out her hive. The entire hive, yeah. We were like- Burning it down was also like, yeah, and then we'll just pour gasoline down into you like you're an ant colony. We rolled her- We like that on fire. We don't give a fuck. After we rolled her truck and captured her, she realized, oh, they are a threat. Yeah. I don't give this coin as bad as I thought I did.

[00:15:34] Yeah, you know what? Turns out- The consensus is- The consensus is agreed. You know what? Take the coin. I think we rolled the truck, we put some type of ritual circle around it. That's right. And then cut her off from the source. Crop-dusted everybody that was trying to come save her. And then David Allen Doyle kicked in the glass after she was like, I'll let you guys go, it's fine. And then he kicked in the glass and went, nah, we're good. They still fumigated that. Yeah. Yeah.

[00:16:05] And we didn't crop-dust him in a fun way. No. No. Just in the normal plane way. Yeah. But yeah, after you left Hindtail and Flames, then you moved on to Devon's Bridge where we met back up with Juliet's posse. Yeah. Two of them traumatized, one of them dead. Leaving things in flames was our general MO of this whole campaign. Yeah. It kind of was. Yeah, I got there. I got there. Flings in pieces. Yes.

[00:16:35] Well, like most role-playing games, arson is a large percentage of it. Mm-hmm. Well, fire cleanses a lot of things. That's true. Alien bodies, human bodies, selkies. Yeah. Cardboard cutouts with peeps on them. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. It works for everything. I think there was also a visit to a veterinary place because you guys didn't want to go to a national hospital for some of these injuries. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. Oh, yeah, at least a couple of them got shot with some birdshot. Yeah.

[00:17:05] I'll just say, when veterinarians are trained in school, they're trained on all kinds of animals, including exotics. Primates are exotics. We are exotics. Yeah. I don't know why I remember this one. It's not going to be as good as if you went to a human doctor, but if all you need is surgery, you're probably good. I remember this one just because the first episode was me and Brownie and Juliet, Darcy, and then David.

[00:17:31] Because it was very much like a mixture of serious, oh, we just found your friends and they're dead. And let's make a summoning circle and shoot up the rocket launcher after a vampire attacks us. Yeah. Yeah. So this was session four, five, and six, the vampire. That's wonderful. It's the van-pire. Yeah. Good clarification. Which was a great pun that came from Brownie and then it turned into a real-duty reality. Yeah, that was definitely a lesson in improvisation on my part.

[00:17:59] I was just like, oh, alright, the sparkly vampire snake pirate creatures that you guys have faced in Night's Black Agents, they're back, and now they have demonic vans. Which made us paranoid of all vehicles for the rest of the fucking game. They're back in van form. Yeah. Vans and hats. We just avoided them at all costs at the end. Yeah. But yeah, so you guys encountered or found the remains of Juliet's party.

[00:18:30] And then you found out that there's a family of snake pyres living in Devon's Bridge, the Kalinskys. Yeah. They were. Eric was the one that Nella had had relations with, but he was being a douche-practor. Yeah. What else was it? I did not have relations with that woman.

[00:18:57] I am currently wearing her underwear. When you describe it like that, it sounds like she sexually assaulted him. So, I wasn't here for this session. What the hell? Yeah, you weren't. Apparently. Fucking Bill Clinton. That's where they said that Adam and Joe were off getting stitched up by the vet. Yeah. Yes, that's okay. Because that's whenever you were like, I got this Kong full of peanut butter. I'm fucked up on horse tranquilizers.

[00:19:35] I can't remember my own job, but damn it, I remember this shit. But yeah, you guys dealt with some vampires. I think, yeah, you guys summoned them before you guys went to the estate. Well, no, we summoned the vampire. Yeah, in a summoning circle with appropriate things to deal with it. Yeah. There's like an RPG, wasn't it? An RPG, wasn't it? Stuff like that. Oh yeah, it was everything that we rolled out on that one, we just kind of went, okay, we've taken out these sparkle pirates before.

[00:20:04] We know that the antithesis is apples, so we're going to just make these apple bottom spikes. Yep. Boots with a cider. I don't remember all that, but there was apple involved. Oh yeah, we basically painted everything with apples, blessed it. And so we just did the belt and suspenders approach of we're going to make it holy, we're going to make it happily, and we're just going to hit that vehicle with everything we've got.

[00:20:33] And then we went to the estate. Yeah, well you guys went, you went to town to get, because you find, again, I think one of your guys was missing, it was in town and being stalked by a vampire ambulance and like some other cars. One of the, one of the Scooby gang. So we just found one in the woods? Yeah, one of the woods, one dead, and then one in the dead town. We didn't even, we didn't even find Camille, did we? We found her body. Yeah, you found her body inside of one of the, it was a... Oh, cause we burned the OG van. Yeah, that's my bad.

[00:21:01] I just, I don't know why I remember this, but I remember the Summoning Circle had a, had like ethanol based diesel or like gas in it or something like that. And then you had it sticking out like a, like a crazy straw. Like, did you want a drink? You want a drink? You want a drink? Yes? Ethanol made from apple sugar, yeah. What's funny is like, okay, so, we had a curtain a little bit. The vampires, like the car vampire things, were not going to be affected by apples at all. It was purely holy water. No, yeah.

[00:21:30] So you guys, you guys were again... Yeah, we like, did everything. Yeah. Overkill rather than... So it worked out in your favor because it was just like, oh, fuck, we'll throw everything at these things. If you give us a hammer, we'll find a nail. Yeah. But yeah, then eventually we got to the, the Kalinske Estate, which is just like on the hill overlooking Devon's Bridge and you guys like snuck into the, like snuck around the perimeter in the woods and such. Trying to build, I think you guys were making like a binding circle, another binding circle with salt. With apple juice.

[00:21:59] You stole a county salt truck. We stole a county salt truck. Yes. Yeah, because we were getting fucked up. We were getting chased. Yeah. So you guys stole one of the county salt, uh, salt, uh, trucks from, from... We, we completed it on the other side with the drone. Yeah. Hey, I will have you know, we borrowed. Yes. We borrowed. Without permission. We didn't leave it in the woods when we were done. Yeah. Yeah. Um. That poor little drone. Yeah. That drone, that was the start of it. I think the drone was even used by, in session zero. It was.

[00:22:27] I, I, it is the MVP of this game. Yeah. Sorry to the, to the summaries, but, uh, that drone did hard labor. Yeah. It did. So much. The drone should have been retired. Wait, it did. And not the way it wound up getting retired. Yeah. I was gonna say it did get retired. Yeah. Um, but yeah, then yeah, you guys fought some, uh, ATVs, I think. Yeah. Uh, on the property and then eventually, uh, and golf cart and ATV, a baseball, a baseball

[00:22:55] bat wielding, like basically like he was like throwing baseball, like whipping baseballs like the Collinses in, in Twilight. Yeah. But like at supersonic speeds at you guys, uh, you took care of like, I think one, like that guy and then you guys, uh, negotiated with the, the lady vampire. It was basically their, their, their devilish mechanic. Yeah. And she was like, wait, if you let me, if you hit Barrett, like you'll let me live. He's like, sure. And he, and then there was just like this, like, all right, you just hear like this whole

[00:23:23] scramble and then just drags them out to you guys. All right, I'm out. Peace. Yeah. Cause it was letting me, all we want is him. Can we let, you know, let him go or bring him out and we'll let you live. And she's like, yeah, well fuck that guy. Yeah. After we just ultra violence them. Yeah. My, my, my, my thinking for like their relationship, like their relationship with each other was just like, they had had it with Eric because of just how much of like a weird incel he kind of looked at. Yeah.

[00:23:50] We went into his, into his room at one point and he was just like obsessive over Nella like bad, like at one point, like obsessive in like love and then, and then hatred. Yeah. Cause I know one of them got shot by a rocket launcher, got flipped over and then landed on a tree. Yeah. And then that was baseball boy. Yeah. That was the baseball one. Yeah.

[00:24:14] And then the one got let go, but then the Cairo guy, Rue got called in and was like, go get him. The French Canadian, French Canadian wear bats. That's yeah. We said we'd like, yeah, we didn't say you would definitely escape. Yeah. That's on you. There might be a scenario down the road. Like where that happened. Like I presume like they got her or like maybe she's out there somewhere, but yeah, they're still a hunter. I guarantee that that's the case. And then old Eric got his head ripped off. Yep.

[00:24:43] Was the estate burned here? Um, no, I think we loved it. The roof was blown off. Um, because of the, cause uh, I think they were the, the baseball get back. I was like firing the ball, the baseballs from the roof. Okay. So, so this was indeed where the Canadian Royal Mounted police opened a file on it. Yeah. This is where you guys started getting some attention from like authorities. I thought we set it up to look like a murder, like a murder house considering it had bags of blood and obsessive stuff. I mean, that's still going to get a file open. True.

[00:25:13] True. It's also, it's also Maple Moose County. Like it's sort of a weird, like, There's just a hand waves. Yeah. Have you ever killed anybody? Yeah, but they were all bad. They all observed it. In Maple Moose County, it was a Tuesday. Oh yeah, but. Um, and then we moved, after you guys acquired, after killing Eric and getting his coin, uh, you guys moved on to Head Lake Ontario, which is actually one of the few parts of Maple Moose County that are actual, is an actual place.

[00:25:41] Um, and you guys dealt with, uh, that was session seven and eight with the siren. Mm-hmm. That's the one we actually liked. Woo-hoo! Yeah, this is the one they, yeah. Yeah, she really was just like, she was going across the like country just trying to evade like government officials that want to dissect her. Yeah. Yeah. Um. She got shafted. She's, she got shafted the worst by now. Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. This is the one where like you guys, uh, like we're like, kind of sourcing her up, like hunting her down so that while like a perch fest was going on or like a perch fishing festival was going on.

[00:26:11] Yeah. That she was using as a way of getting, making some quick money to beat, get the hell out of Dodge. Cause again, this secret of order, like the secret of government organization, Division T3 was on her ass. Um, but you guys didn't really know that until like, she started like blurring that out and getting suspicious. So, uh, and then you guys also went to the, the Norland trout fitters and the hunting and fishing car. Yeah. Um, is that going to be more serious than it turned out to be? Hook line and sinker. Hook line and drinker. Hook line and drinker.

[00:26:41] Yeah. And the, uh, fish, or fish fear me. Like no. Yeah. Women fear me. Yeah. Go to our rip up. Yeah. Uh, I was happy about the bear trap. The bear trap. The bear trap. The bear trap. Yeah. She was staying at like a motel, like on the lakeside. Um, but she, she had already gone out to the lake to go fishing. Um, you guys trailed her a couple, a little bit out there and like, I think Gio, like, yeah, we talked to her a little bit and some of that. Yeah.

[00:27:10] This is where we really, this is where we also established the pattern of good cop, murder cop. Yeah. It's like, here are your options. You can talk to us and just give us what we want and you'll live and we don't give a shit. Yeah. Or we'll just kill you and take it. It was, we really only have two choices. Honestly, this one changed the most, I think in my notes. Cause like originally, like I had it all planned. I was like, all right, if you guys go on that, like you're, you're like, she's going to summon forth like her psychic siren abilities and just start like bringing in like all these

[00:27:39] fish and things like the snapping turtles and stuff just to go after you. I did some of that when you, dad got arrested for, for, uh, uh, I think like, you know, it's like being creepy in public. I mean, it was weird. It was creepy in public. You were like, you were, you were ranting about your, your bitch of an ex wife. Wasn't that it? No, that was, that was great. Yeah.

[00:28:06] And like, you went to like the contest, like the contest, uh, judges. Oh yeah. Yeah. Like really kind of like, we should probably call somebody like this guy's like being real creepy about the Sarah lady. So, uh, and then like you, you, you jumped out of the car and then I had like one of the moose just in the area just try to like take you out in the woods. I get it. Well, he was arrested for that. Not for buying a weed from the motel guy. That also happened though. Yeah. Poor druggie. Yeah. I don't even think we bought it from him.

[00:28:36] No, he just gave it to me. He just befriended him. Yeah. Um, I do, I do gotta give Adam props for the, uh, white murder. Yeah. True. Yeah. So I ran a session where you guys, after dealing with the last vestiges of the, of the absolution at the, at the graveyard park, um, you guys needed a fire, uh, a fire truck. Yeah.

[00:41:10] To fill up with holy water. To fill up with holy water. So you guys went to Orillia, Ontario, uh, like one of the neighboring towns to the county, Orillia, my hometown. Um, and, uh, they wanted you to exercise some kind of a demon that was in like an old sinking, closed, closing down Canadian tire. Um, and you guys also got some, some special items on top of that after like dealing with that demon. Yeah. We got the, uh, the demon lodestone, I believe, right? Yeah. Basically like an imprisoning imp stone.

[00:41:38] So it's, oh, and yeah, and a lodestone basically like for like figuring out where Vex was at all times. And to be fair, uh, we did that by, uh, using dynamite, blessing it, lighting it and having him holding it out to him while the wick was burning down anyway. Wait, wait, you guys aren't gonna try me. God damn martyrs. Um, also you guys kickstarted the, uh, the music career of, uh, of one like lonely, like gas station clerk. Oh yeah. I can't, too. Yeah.

[00:55:37] I remember the fun part about that one for me too was the moment of, okay, so we're checking into the hotel room. We're bringing our guns in with us because we're going to clean them before we go and bathe. And said that early on. And then when the bikers, all of the things started happening, it's like, okay. And then we start rattling off the guns we're grabbing and it's like, wait, aren't those still out in the car? No, we brought everything in to clean. Oh, you did. Bastards. Alright.

[00:56:06] I guess this is going to be more of an action comedy than an action horror, but that's fine. I remember when you realized that I was all armored up now from the... Yeah. Because you were like, the ghoul attacks you and does two damage. I'm like, really? Really? Only two damage? That's it? Maybe we'll be in the car next to us. They're just like... Like... Like, slap... Yeah. What was it? Like, inhuman vitality or something like that?

[00:56:35] Uh, it was, um... Uh, it was... The... Divine... It was like the Divine's playbook. Like, Invincible is what it was. Yeah. It was Invincible. I hit a button. Yeah, you got that from, I think, the... The Divine. Yeah, the Divine one, yeah. Or not the Divine, uh, Chosen One or something like that. One of those. Yeah, I took, uh, I took, uh, Invincible and then later on I took Resilience but I don't think I could stack the Resilience with it. But I could do the healing part of it which complemented the regeneration. Yeah.

[00:57:04] So, I'm in maxed is what I'm saying. Yeah. Honestly, by the time, like, by this point in the campaign, like, this campaign has moved on to like, 15 sessions, 18 sessions at this point and it's just like, you guys were like powerhouses at that point. Like, it was like hard to keep things like, hard for you guys to deal with. Yeah. And we even throttled ourselves. Yeah. We didn't always do actor sessions. We weren't always, we weren't always... He's a level in our character, so... Yeah. Yeah, it was all through like, failure. Yeah. Yeah. 99% through failure and then some of them were milestones.

[00:57:34] Yeah. I think, I think milestones every, like, X basically. But, uh, yeah. So, yeah, you guys dealt with the road trip stuff with the ghouls and such. And then we moved on to, yes, finally got to Texarkana, uh, and with sessions 17 and 18. Which was, um, the ritual. And that was also technically the epilogue, I think. Like the, this part two was also technically the epilogue. Um, but yeah.

[00:58:03] So this is one where you guys like found the, uh, the Lamina, uh, this old derelict, um, seemingly derelict, uh, theater. Movie theater. Movie theater. On the outskirts, like have, like slum in the outskirts of town. Um, but, uh, had a different look, uh, when you looked at your camera. Hmm. It was brand spanking new. Lights were going on. And, uh, yeah, you know, they're just, they were just inside waiting for you guys. Mm-hmm. Yeah, they're friendly little, uh, vampires.

[00:58:30] They downed my drone and then waved at it. Yep. Mm-hmm. Then they all augmented the, uh, the drone. Yeah. Ripped my drone. Yeah. Served us very well. Yeah, definitely, uh, there's a bunch of yellow signs all over the place. Yep. Uh, they were actually fairly amenable though. Yeah. Pretty straightforward. Yeah. They're just like, this is what we want. You guys cool? Yep, we're good. It's the entire thing. Yeah. Like they, they had been conning Vex as much as anybody else. So, uh, cause there was always a bigger fish in the supernatural world.

[00:58:59] So, um, yeah, this was kind of like, this was kind of from the get go. This was like my plan of like having these, like you guys encountering these guys and these guys being super amenable and Vex being like the one you're going to fight. Like at the end. Yeah. Oh, we were always going to punch Vex's dick. Yeah. From the beginning. Yeah. Um, and yeah, you guys then in my group. I heard that wrong. I heard punch Vex's dick and I'm like, yes. Yeah, that too. I mean, we did, I think do that. And that too. It was, it was kneecaps, but yeah. He shot Vex with a rocket launcher in the dick. Yeah.

[00:59:29] Yeah. Um. Something that did happen. No problem. Yeah. Uh, but yeah, after like, you know, after like, I think it was like a half hour and you guys like humming and hawing outside, like, do we light it on fire? Do we go inside? Yeah. Like they're like, come on in guys. We'll, we'll, we'll let you in. We'll, uh, we'll help you out. Well, Johnny and Johnny Juliet. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Um, cause those are, that's how I've, how I've made, I've made up my Carcassian vampires is they've got like blue, blue skin, like amber, like lion, like eyes, and then just like tentacles on their faces. Um, and they just beat on human, madness, and trauma. So. Yeah. Cause that was just, I think that was just a riff off of something we said during one of the sessions.

They're twin brothers. I was sending us a Tex Arcane. I couldn't pass it up. Yeah. The Tex Arcane bros, um, he has to deal with. And then, yeah, we went on this like nice little like film journey. And they're like, and then they look around and they just start kicking the shit out of him again. I was, again, the, the one that like sticks out with me the most is honestly, um, serenades again.

[01:10:16] the matron of the commune was into Chuck so and similar to like in Twilight there's like one of the um one of the one of the native women was like into Charlie so I just kind of added that to this as well so it seemed like it just that and that natural thing for it um anyway and also like that was like because you like sent them like your commune was the ones that like transplanted them to like another supernatural place thinking they be safe

[01:10:45] but it's Maplewood County um so yeah after that uh yeah you guys then eventually drove back all the way up to Mary Moose where Nella is now human form again and talked her straight like just basically like said your farewells but also like talked some sense into her and such and Chuck yeah once you had like a couple hours with him and then it's like alright

[01:11:15] do better we got y'all healed up now we're gonna kick the shit out of you and heal you again I did again I love John he's just like alright up it's like like Nella smarten up your bright girl next boyfriend or girlfriend or whatever like you have uncles that will check it we'll just run a background check Chuck lose my fucking number like no goodbye just he broke on one of my favorites from

[01:12:45] Vatican because we were gonna make a deal with taking the imp stone and be like hey we can take this imp stone and we can give it to someone that hates you or we can just stick it on the shelf somewhere yeah those are your options neither one of them sounds particularly good but one's slightly better than the other one is slightly better than the other it is probably good for the best that it went to the church because first off that imp stone was originally meant to go to the church a hundred years ago before it fell off a train

[01:13:14] and secondly the imp stones themselves the way I have it planned basically it siphons whatever energy of the demon is in there so he's slowly being vacuumed away picked away and whatever has the demon stone it either goes off of the ether or if it's another demon or something it gets their power so you have just been feeding another demon been like demon yo yo it's a favorite who's gonna eat this leftover pizza yeah

[01:23:09] it's an ablet of meat shield exactly yeah so i like that but you guys have work rounds you found work around we just rolled like bastards that yeah i found it to be really grounding because in the beginning we had a swagly smackly introduction with the house being destroyed and things like that and then that really just kind of set the pace for everything else so i look on that one fondly there wasn't the only thing that i really never took part in was the the car kind of thing

[01:27:38] um out of character i'd say i really enjoyed the cognivores that really kind of set the tone for how we were going to do things especially with finding out the town and we're like joe's brilliant move with the copper based fungicide and we're like we're just gonna give us the coin and they're like no we got the numbers and we're like we got an airplane full of everything that kills you yeah and we're going to use it herbicide and copper yeah would you care to reconsider

[01:28:08] yeah yeah and then uh also the little bit where um siegel and i both had copper circlets on and we had we were wearing hats to fuck with people yeah yeah that was interesting because like the campaign like you guys could have gone after any of them in any order um and so it was interesting how you guys went for the one that has the most like the largest scale influence in a local area yeah aside from i guess

[01:28:37] jack but like that was mostly jack's problem that was yeah his town's fucked yeah i also remember there being a lot of debate after that first episode we're like okay now what are we gonna do who are we gonna attack we gotta pick one of these guys which one is it and we definitely i remember us deciding to like put the snake pyre off till later because we knew how to handle them and we're like that'll be that won't be a problem they're fucking clowns

[01:29:08] but the rest of these guys we don't know and yeah this is sort of the order it worked out in yeah crunch yeah who was his favorite uh i really don't know um if i had to pick one it might have been the jack gray's town just because it was a whole town of just random shit yeah um which was great definitely

[01:32:07] food perfectly fine yeah just grown in dead bugs it was just grown a very exotic fertilizer yeah geo perfectly fine yeah this is great yeah is it juliet oh by the way these are people yeah my favorites were uh in order marcus shade and jack gray and it's because marcus shade is where juliet hit her stride and uh jack gray even despite the horrors in the town um getting to work

[01:34:02] that assessment and i loved every session so saying which session did you love the least um to be fair it was the jack but um that was yeah in character seagull hated that one the most because it's a problem he cannot solve out of character that's the one that david loved the most because seagull can't

[01:34:32] do shit yeah and i love that um you had some like false confidence because you've been dealing with all these other things and then you came across something that's just a little bit over your or above your uh your weight class oh yeah that's the was it was it during chucks angels or clusterfork where you were like this is the best vacation i've ever had i forget which which one it was but i remember the line and like one of the glorious glorious
