Jetting down the Utility Road toward the Main Gates of the city, as sirens blared and he towed the newcomers skiff at high speeds, he figured it couldn’t hurt to bring them in. Maybe they could help with the conflict those monsters from beyond and beneath the ice had been waging with humanity. The jarred oranges may have also been a winning factor for his compliance, it had been so long since he’d tasted good fruit. The smoke and screams billowed over the iron walls and the doors were slowly closing, this was going to be a tight maneuver.
